I am soaring right now. crossing my fingers for it to last. 163.4 this morning, only 2 pounds off from hitting my 2lb a week average

Hey chicks -back from WI - down to 182.6 WOOHOO for Julie -- already changed my ticker -- here's hoping for getting real close to 180 by next week. . . That would be UNBELIEVABLE almost. . .

Hello ladies!

This past weekend, I was REALLY BAD. I went to the theater with my SIL and had way too much wine, which then mutated into WAY TOO MANY Marguaritas... So, Sunday was a well I have already ruined my plan, so I ate almost an entire bag of potato chips... I typically weigh in on Mon, Wed & Friday. I didn't on Monday because I was ashamed and didn't want to see the numbers. I did go back on plan M & T....I finally talked myself into WI on Wed because I knew that if I didn't, I would never go back. ...and I spent too much money to allow myself to do that.

Wed was my 1 month anniversary. I weighed in and found that I had lost my 2lbs for the week! YEAH! Then I got measured and I am SOOOOO happy. I have lost a total of 9 inches!!! Can you believe it? I didn't and so I measured myself when I went home... Sure enough! Christmas early!!!!

I need to update my tickers, but i was so excited! i needed to tell someone who would be happy for me too!

I too slipped off the wagon last night and had some pretty nasty shrimp fried rice. (I guess the rush of the cheat made me think it was good )

I am staying in at the high end of the 163's, but of course I am saying to myself, "you could have been int he 162's if you didn't eat that"

So here's to hoping Monday will bring the 162's

Hello all! It's been a minute since I've posted, but I'm doing well. I had my little issue where I gained 5 lbs earlier this month, but now I'm back on track. I am .2 lbs from my Thanksgiving goal, but I'm still happy. Every little bit is a success to me...and who knows that .2 may be gone tomorrow...LOL I hope everyone is doing well. Have a happy thanksgiving!

I went to WI two days in a row, trying to win their holiday challenge. I was down 1 pound since yesterday..heres to hoping its not back by Monday- LOL!

I gained 2.6 lbs in 3 days I can't believe that - I was not on plan, but I didn't think it would be THAT bad. I had pizza the night before weigh-in, so I'm hoping some of it will come right back off. I was back on plan today, but we went out to dinner for my brother's bday - seems like it's one roadblock after another and I'm feeling really down.

I had lost 37 lbs and was 8 away from my goal

You slipped up, but all is not lost, you know that Get back on tomorrow and Im sure next week will be much better for you. Life is for living, glad you enjoyed yourself!
