Default What to do if you stray

I did bad last night and ate more than I should of. Is there anything to do today besides getting back on the program? Thanks!

I usually get right back on plan - maybe eat "lighter" proteins (tuna vs peanut butter), and choose lighter starches (light bread vs bagel). And drink more water too!

I indulge every once in a while too, and that's life!
