I'm a former LAWL member and actually did the QWLC program for about 10 weeks. Sure, I did good the first 5-6 weeks....but I stalled and was doing the program to the letter, with the exception of taking all the supplements they wanted me to buy.....it was a good jump start, but wasn't a good plan for me, overall. I get bored too easily and need variety.
I just started this program on Monday - I crashed and burned yesterday but I'm back up and moving forward. Is anyone else on it? I would love to swap notes and tips!
