Nicole-glad you found the right thread! 9lbs? Hit it hard-you can do it. The first 3 or 4 come off fast usually!

I don't know why I decided to weigh-in the day after Halloween-I indulged in pizza before treat-or-treating with the fam and a few pieces of candy. But-I came in at 198 this morning, so not too shabby! Next weigh in on Sunday morning. I'm kid-free this weekend and have lots of house stuff and projects to work on-so I hope I can keep busy, get some exercise and keep from hitting TJs for some 2 buck chuck.

How's everyone else doing?

poop. Back up to 199. At least I'm still down .. .I had an episode with some Halloween candy. New week . . onwards and upwards. Been really good with food today!

Hello? How's everyone doing on the challenge? I weighed in at 198 this morning-so a 2 lb loss for the week. I wasn't POP by any stretch of the imagination so I'm happy. I have a physical tomorrow-not crazy about going in-probably 7 or 8 lbs higher than the last time I was there . .

WTG JM!!!!! What a different place you are in now. I am thrilled for you . I am down also. It's 0.6 lbs, but a loss is a loss is a loss. I guess everyone else sucks!!! Ha.

Hey-if the scale is going down, that is SUCCESS in my book! Actually-the scale staying the same is sometimes success . .

TOM this week-I'm staying off the scale! Trying to stay the course.

Nicole! Fantastic! I am struggling-no way I'll make my goal--but I'm just going to keep plugging along. No way will I give up-even if i never lose another pound-I'm in a better place than before.
