quick burn plan
I am new to this site but was on LAWL in 2003-2005 and did amazingly well. 2 kids later, I need to lose about 25 -30 pounds and decided to try the plan again. I am starting tomorrow with the quick burn.. do I have to do it for 2 days or can I just do one day? I always hated doing the quick burn but it does work and its a good jumpstart to motivate me. I just dont know if I can do it 2 days in a row...
