quick burn plan

Default quick burn plan

Hi All,
I am new to this site but was on LAWL in 2003-2005 and did amazingly well. 2 kids later, I need to lose about 25 -30 pounds and decided to try the plan again. I am starting tomorrow with the quick burn.. do I have to do it for 2 days or can I just do one day? I always hated doing the quick burn but it does work and its a good jumpstart to motivate me. I just dont know if I can do it 2 days in a row...

Congratulations in deciding to lose the weight again! You can do it.

I've always done the take off ( I guess that quick burn is the same thing ) for two days. It's part of the program.
Like you said, you lost a lot of weight on LAWL and the quick burn is a good jump start to motivate you! I would suggest that you do it for the two days. Just bare with it and you'll be happy with the weight that you lost!

Can anyone give me the diet guidelines for the 2 day 'take off'? I''m trying to get back into the groove. I have my plan just not for takeoff
