Hello... I have recently put myself back on LAWL. I did this program about 6 years ago and then found out I was pregnant. Now after having 2 girls, I am ready to get this baby weight off! I am determined to get back on LAWL however I can not afford to join a center. I have been researching and finding out ways to do it on my own.
I am so excited to find a site that has a support group!
This will definitely be what I need to help get me going.
I plan on joining on the Challenge Forum as well.
I work at a pool so a goal of hitting my goal weight by Memorial Day is perfect!
I read that as a newbie we need to read through all posts before posting. I have been reading and I have not found a current forum talking about recipes. I have been cooking meals off and on for 6 years from the LA Cookbook. Do you have any recommendation of books or web addresses I could use? Im not very creative so I have a hard time making the food not taste so bland.
Any help and support you can give would be great!
I am excited to see a support group for LAWL. I thought this would be very difficult since most of their centers have closed.
