Default Plateau-ing, need advice

So, 2 weeks ago I hit 243 and switched to Rapid Results Plan 3. Since then, and through another 2 TO days, I've been hovering right around 242-243-244.

A two week plateau (esp. 2 lbs shy of 10% loss) is driving me BONKERS. I've tried upping my water intake and rearranging meals, but it doesn't seem to be making a difference.

And yes, the next thing to try is actual exercise (ugh). Jump-rope: good thing I have cathedral ceilings in the L.R.

Has anyone else experienced a more-than-a-week-long plateau? What tipped you over into losing again?

Yeah unfortunately I would recommend changing up the exercising. Try something different. I know how the plateau feels. I'm struggling with one currently so this coming Monday I signed up for a beginner's crossfit class since I have never tried that out. Who knows? It may just be the change needed.
