Hi ladies,
I am getting ready to start LAWL again after loosing weight on it back in 2006. I am using the colored plans, I started on Gold and I am at about the same weight now as I was back then. So on to my question. I know you can use Luna bars and others as a sub for the LAWL bars, but I also know that if you couldnt eat the bars you could add more food, but I dont remember what. I think it might have been an extra protein and veggie but I'm not sure. Any one remember. Thanks

oh ok, crap, I dont have the books for the purple plan, maybe I'll just stick to getting bars. I need the little treat of something sweet anyway. Thanks
