I have my old Red Plan book, and it says that the Carb Cravers count as a protein. It also says you can use a Carb Craver meal up to one time each day.
I am back on my LAWL plan after a long hiatus. I love to have Raisin Bran and milk for a breakfast or lunch. It really helps when you don't have time to prepare a real meal, but want to be filled up.
