Question Amount of Calories in Blue Plan w Lites

Hi Ladies! I did LAWL back in Dec 2005 to May 2006 and had great success. I lost the last 25 lbs I had of baby weight.

I was on the blue plan, started green or gold, can't remember, but with the amt of exericse, I need to add food in.

I did search and found on here someone saying the blue plan I think is between 1400-1600 calories. Anyone else have info on this? I am just curious. I would think that would be without the bars? I have a photo copy of the side of 2 boxes, those were between 160-180 calories each. Just wondering what the plan is itself in case I get stalled, etc w weight I can work with my trainer to change things up some.

Thank you! And I look forward to being back!

Sheila

I don't think LAWL ever officially states anywhere the calorie range of their plans-since the serving choices can really vary in calories-esp starches. But 1400-1600 is probably about right . . .If you follow the plan and enter your foods in on Fitday or something like that for a week-you'll see where it falls . . .
