serving sizes help
 

i have the free to live menu plan book that gives the serving sizes for everything. are the serving sizes the same for colored, numbered and rapid results. or what is the difference. :?:

Serving sizes are different for the colored plans: I think red and purple are the same and then it changes when you move to gold. I believe it's only the protein sizes but could be wrong. I think when they moved to the numbered plans they kept all the serving sizes the same across the board and just adjusted #'s of servings. I don't know anything about the RR plan.
