Not much new, still going to the gym with my hubby! I set some goals for myself this week:
Exercise 6 days this week- yes I get one off!
No Fast food
No Junk Food
Drink 8 glasses of water a day
Have a cup of tea after dinner to get rid of nightime cravings.
I will let you know how it goes.......
I better be able to do this for a week!
