Week 3 Feb 1: -3.8 lbs.
Week 4 Feb 8: -2.0 lbs
Week 5 Feb 15: -1.6 lbs.
Week 6 Feb 22: -1.2 lbs Jan losses 6.4 lbs Feb losses 6 lbs
Week 8 March 9: -2.4 lbs

Today is the third day of my DIY LAWL program and I just realized I've been reading my analog scale WRONG. My starting weight was 220 NOT 240. My scale has a little sliders letting you mark start and current weight and it was on 220 but I've been reading it as 240. . . . hmmmm.
240 is my lifetime heaviest. Three years ago I got down to the 170's. I guess in my head I'm 240 again. So good news I haven't regained all the weight. The bad news is I'm feeling seriously blond
Oh my reason for getting on the scale results two days on TakeOff - I've lost 5lbs. Yea!
Not much new, still going to the gym with my hubby! I set some goals for myself this week:
Exercise 6 days this week- yes I get one off!
No Fast food
No Pop
No Junk Food
Drink 8 glasses of water a day
Have a cup of tea after dinner to get rid of nightime cravings.
I will let you know how it goes.......
