I am having a crazy time trying to figure out the portions of each
I found so far:
Protien= 4oz cooked and 3oz lean red meat and fatty fish
but i dont know
I found out so much info since becoming a member last night I lost a lot of weight on this plan but it closed down and i have moved since so i have put it all back on.
I have a wedding in Oct back home and I HAVE TO LOOK GOOD!!
