Default Which plan

Hello Everyone

I am trying to start my weight loss again with very little luck, it seems that the only diet that has ever worked was LAWL, so I pulled out all my old stuff and I am ready to start. I weigh 146 1/2 pounds and I am just under 5' 1" tall I Can someone tell me which plan I should be on, green or gold with or without the bars, Thanks so much.

Thank you I did see the drop sequence but I thought it was only for the numbered plans, and I am doing the colored plan, so I went back and read through the posts, and I think I would be on green with bars, but since I can't eat them I am thinking gold with out bars. I did do purple once but it was too much food and I only gained so they put me back on gold, if this is not right would some one please let me know, or if it is right would some one let me know.

ok... so i am new to this site but saw alot of helpful information on here. i have done LAWL 2 times before and was able to get to my goal both times. i believe i was on the red plan before. i have seen the layouts on here but don't remember the amounts... i know that 1/2 cup cooked of veggies is correct but i don't remember the oz for the meat. i have been trying to really lose the weight for about 3 weeks now and im getting really discouraged. i have only lost about 5 lbs so i thought that i would go back to LAWL. I am 5'9 and 191.2. Is the red plan right for me, and can i use the 48hr hollywood diet drink instead of the takeoff juice? it seems to be about the same stuff. any help would be great! thanks so much!

Help with deciding which plan. It's been about 5 years since I did the plan and just can't remember. I've looked at the LAWL Menu Plan Drop Sequence but am still not sure. If I recall correctly, I thought it also had to do with age, height and amount to loose. I am a 46 female, 5' 4", hasimoto's thyroid, currently at 188 but would like to loose 50-60 lbs.

Which plan would I use if I want to use the bars and which plan do I use if I decide not to do bars?

Please help.

I was on the purple plan w/o lites in 2005. It took me about 5 mo. to lose 20 lbs. In 2007, went back to lose 10 lbs that I gained. I think I was on the gold plan w/lites. Couldn't really lose much weight so drop the lites, but got discouraged & drop the plan. I went back in 2009 for a special 12 wk program but never really started as I was working 2 jobs.

So I have the purple and gold plans, free to live plan & daily menu plan 2 monthly diary. Not sure when I got all these plans except the purple plan.

Started today with take off using cantaloupe. Plan on using the purple plan w/o lites since that seem to work in the past. My purple plan was modified to 2 veg & 3 fruits since I dislike veg & cannot force myself to eat carrot & celery sticks.
