Default Just starting...

I just ordered the program, and I will be on Menu 5.

What I was wondering is what do you eat when using the Take off juice? How many proteins/certain vegs? Would like to have these things ready to go soon as it arrives.

And I could not afford to add the LA lites to my order, what can I use as a substitute? (slimfast bars/fiber bars??) Or do you have to include them at all.

Thanks for any help, can't wait to get started.

Welcome!

Go and read the Newbie sticky thread above-it will answer your questions about TO and substitutes for the Lites.

Good Luck and come and join the monthly thread-that's where most people post . . .
