Hey guys -- I'm really excited because I just did my first C25K workout, and I am fine. I didn't hurt when I did it, I wasn't incredibly out of breath, I didn't die. I don't know what I was so afraid of...I feel terrific now that I've done it. Can't wait to do the next one!

I see everyone has been bitten by the exercise bug, good for us all.

JM -- I'm glad to hear it's going so well. I don't do LAWL anymore either, but I love checking in here to see how everyone is doing. Do you have any pics to share with us yet?

Angie-I haven't taken any pics yet. Maybe I will at the 2 month mark . . then I have to find a good photo to compare. I think I got a couple from my reunion this past August . . .

hello all! just thought i'd pop by and say hi. i'm still going strong with the calorie tracking on fitday and running.

also, i'm late on signing up since i'm not sure when my DH will be coming home, but it's a few months away from my NAMI Walk. it'll be my 6th year in a row of doing it!

Well the exercise train is in full gear. I did two hours this weekend. My husband told me to try the weightloss progam on the treadmill. I thought I was going to die!!! The incline would go from 0-8 so quickly. It really felt like I was climbing a mountain. I am feeling really good about myself. I am on a six week challenge for myself. I am working out a minimum of 4 times a week which feels amazing! I have been including weights. sit ups, lunges, squats and stairs as part of my workout.
I need some suggestions for my abs. I have a hard time doing the plank. Any suggestions?
gotta run, its a busy day in the office. I just wanted to pop in and say hi!

Wow Joan-you're really doing great on the exercise front! I was going to hit the gym today but I pulled a muscle in my back last night. Hurts to breathe deeply. Got a million things to do today so I had to pull out the leftover vicodin. Lovely.

Thanks Juliemarie. I am trying to workout as much as possible and it helps having my hubby do it with me!!!!
