Im redoing the gold plan from back in 01-02 with lites. If I dont do the lites what color would I be and how does that affect my daily totals . My gold is 2 pro/3 veg/3 fruit/2 starches/1 dairy/1 fat/2 lites. appreciate some help
I think the protein serving size changes: 8oz raw weight for chicken, bluetin tuna, salmon, scallops, is 6oz. Tilapia, trout, shrimp, lobster is 7 oz. 3 whole eggs or 6 egg whites.
