I managed to get to my goal weight through LAWL but have gained back about 20 lbs. so I'm back
I want to start over with the Take Off but I've lost my information and have nothing. Is there a thread someone can point me to or can some kind soul give me some information?
I know there is juice - I know what juice, just not sure how much.
I know there is protein & green veggies - not sure how much of each.
Bars - am I supposed to eat two bars daily?
I apologize if there is a long thread about this somewhere...searched a lot and didn't find one.

I too was an LAWL client in the days of the colored plans. They worked great, but I fell off the wagon and gained back the 35. UGH. Anyway. I have a gold book that I'd be glad to share if anyone needs it. BUT I need the take off plan particulars. I lost my Take off sheets and want to "detox" to kick off my inevidible future w/l success. Can anyone help?
