back on LAWL and have question

Default back on LAWL and have question

I am back after 2 years. I lost 22lbs, but never added the maintenance or stablization, so this time I have.
I see they have changed things a bit since the last time.
I am on rapid rewards now, and they have menu combos now. Is it best to stick to those combos or can you switch where your p,v,s,f etc are? The center seemed to want me to stick to the menu combo and said that is for the best results but I think my preference will be to switch some of those around. Any advice is appreciated.

Welcome back-I 'm not familiar with this plan (I was on the old colored plan system) so I can't answer your question-but join the monthly thread-that's where most of the members hang out though it's been very quiet over the holidays.

I have found when i eat as it is on the plan i lose better.
