I am back after 2 years. I lost 22lbs, but never added the maintenance or stablization, so this time I have.
I see they have changed things a bit since the last time.
I am on rapid rewards now, and they have menu combos now. Is it best to stick to those combos or can you switch where your p,v,s,f etc are? The center seemed to want me to stick to the menu combo and said that is for the best results but I think my preference will be to switch some of those around. Any advice is appreciated.
