I am just starting the actual plan again after my 3 day unlimited TO. I have the menu guide with the new foods somewhere in my cookbooks. I am supposed to be plan 3 but I am doing 4 since I am not doing lites and I am having my hubby (probably 290) doing plan 5 no lites. He hates the lites, lunas, and the whole concept of eating $60/month in protein bars that he doesn't enjoy. Is that right?
Also, what's a dairy serving. I see there are 3 dairy now vs. 1...is it a smaller portion or is it still 1 cup skim milk, 1 cup light yogurt, etc? I am assuming everything else is pretty similar. I need to go start dragging stuff out but that will take a while.
