I have just started the rapid results plan. I ordered online since there are no centers around me. Does anyone know which plan I should be on without the bars? If you need my info,male 6ft 255lbs. I was doing the "think Thin" bars but wonder if at 230 calories I shouldn't?
How many P, V, S, F, Fat and D are you eating?
I used to be on Plan 2 with bars when I started but I moved on to Plan 3 without bars...i.e a 1 D and 1 V extra.
Plan 4 has 4 proteins 3 starches 2 dairy 4 veg 1 fat 2 fruits. right now i dont know if it is okay to not do any bars or if i should change any of the "counts" of anything.
Some people like bars...some people don't. I lost 70 lbs without bars. Personally I think the bars are not good because they contain HFCS and they are expensive. You might want to go up a plan ( plan-5) without bars.
