Default Beginning again...

I am determined to lose the weight I have gained AGAIN! I was successful with LAWL before (lost 97 lbs). I have creeped up again after 8 years - got lazy. I tried WW again with no success. SouthBeach with no success...I'm hoping LAWL will get me back to where I want to be. Tomorrow is day one of the cleansing phase. I'll be using oranges, cantaloupe and grapefruit instead of the take off juice. Thanks in advance for your support.

I am also doing day 1 of take off!! I did lawl a few years ago... was successful, my life feel apart and so did my new learned eating habits. Now I want to be healthy and active... and eat better... this helps me choose the good foods... So I'm going to use it as a guideline, not a etched in stone rule.... and it will help! Good luck!

Hi Everyone !

I did the LAWL program about 6 years ago when they had actual centers with great success. When I joined, they actually offered you half your money back if you reached your goal weight within 1 year. I lost 89lbs in 10 months ! Well like everyone else, the centers closed, you dont have any kind of maintenance and I gained back approximately 50lbs. The past 2 years I have gone through the death of my father from a longterm illness and my divorce from my HS Sweetheart was final.

I made a personal decision that this was going to be a new chapter in my life. It was with amazing coincidence that I received the LA To Your Door mailing the very next day. I began the program on Monday 8/9/2010 and as of this morning, I have lost 11 lbs !!

I am very excited and motivated to get rid of the rest of the weight. Good Luck to everyone !

I just restarted again also. I delievered my 4th child 6.5 months ago and am determined to lose the weight once again. This will be the 3rd time for me and hope for it to be the last and I maintain, I sure dont want to do the weightloss thing again.

I'm breastfeeding so no TO for me and i'm taking the weightloss slowly, i'm in no rush and with breastfeeding I shouldnt be losing more than 1lb a week anyway.

Hoping we all have lots of success!

Unhappy Need to get back on track

Just got back from vacation. Previously, lost 40 lbs on LA and through the years, have re-gained the weight. Now it is time to get back on track and get the weight off. Day 1, got up 5:30 this morning, did a 30 minute core workout. Food wise, stayed on track. Will be checking in every few days. Need support!!!
