Default LAWL Supplements
Can anyone tell me an alternative to LAWL supplements? They are very expensive, but I do want to ensure that I get the proper vitamins and stuff.

Any help would be really appreciated!

You really just need a good multivitamin, VitD/Calcium (like caltrate) and maybe some fish oil capsules. Nothing special . . . . The LAWL supplements were just a rip-off.
