Hi...this is my first post. I did LAWL about six years ago and lost about 40lbs. It really worked for me. Since they went out of business I have tried WW and Jenny Craig to no success. I found this site and am so excited to be able to get information on the plans!! Does anyone have the serving sizes for the purple plan and the recommended food lists. I actually found an old and empty monthly diary but nothing else. Any help would be great...Thanks!
