Lost 40 lbs 6 years ago while on LA. Overtime, had gained the weight back. Last year, underwent foot surgery and may need another procedure. Had to stop working out, which did not help!!! Summer is coming and I need to step up to the plate. No more excuses......this is it. Able to find luna bars and really like them. Keeping a diary and know that I am the only one responsible for my actions.
Made it through the first day. Had a 45 minutes workout, felt great, little sore this morning, will work that out. Made an omlet this morning, egg beaters, fresh spinach and mushrooms with slice of dry toast, quite good. Made my lunch for the day, recorded the foods, on target.
