Default Confused.. Want to Start Again.

I did LAWL like 4 or so years ago, I was 18 years old. I wanted to lose weight and needed to but I didn't get why I was doing everything. I have been loosing but want to get back on to a regular plan again. I found that LAWL was easy to stick to. I was looking thru my stuff and saw I have a gold and purple plan book. Which one should I do? I originally (when i lost weight) was on the gold, then I stopped going to the centers but stayed on the plan. When I went back to the center, right before they closed they put me on the purple one.. Now I want to do it again, but I don't know which one I should follow!

Any other advice you could give me would be great also. I am going to need support once I start back on again..

Could someone also send me the link on how to do the 'take off' with the fruit instead of the actual take off drink?!

Thank You.

Generally you go from the Purple plan down to the Gold plan as you lose weight. If you are at 135, I'm pretty sure you'd be on the Gold plan.

I normally just substitute 4 oranges for the take off juice. Then you get 2 bars and 6 oz of protein and unlimited veggies. Normally I do one orange and half a bar for breakfast, morning snack, lunch and afternoon snack with maybe some celery or cucumber slices for lunch also, then a 6oz of protein for dinner with lots of veggies.

Thank you BarbaraB; Can I stay on the Gold until I reach my goal then? Or do I have to alterate after I loose a specific amount of weight?

Thank you for writing back to me.
