Hi! I did LA weight loss back in 2002 on the old school Gold Plan and am returning to lose some holiday lbs. In looking through these forums, I learned about the "Xpress accelerated weight loss plan" (Not FFWD or Take Off). This is the one where you use monday and tuesday as express days, replacing 1 veggie, 2 fruits, 2 starches and 1 fat with an express protein (there is a list of choices). plus you eat 3 Lite bars on each of those days.
Does anyone have the official guide to this with the complete list of "Xpress proteins"
Also, i'm confused about swapping. Do you substitute ONE Xpress protein for all of the omitted foods combined, or do you add one Xpress protein for EACH of the ommitted foods?
