Default I started FSdiet today, is anyone with me?
So far its going well. Ask me tomorrow and it might be a different story. The cravings are already hitting me hard but I am drinking a lot of water and it seems to be helping. If anyone would like to start with me I would appreciate a FS buddy.

Im starting FS detox AGAIN tomorrow. For 9 days then Im going to a low calorie gluten free meal plan after that. Good luck!
