I, unfortunately, love carbs and am desperartely tring to cutback on them but that's another story. I love to make my own pita chips using pita bread that is 80-100 cal(the wheat-not whole wheat pitas are more calories) and zero grams of fat for half a pita and the Baked Lay's are 120 calories and 3.5 gms of fat for 10 chips. I can't resist the pita's and I know I eat too many when I make them so tonight I tried the Baked Lay's and am disappointed that I didn't buy the pitas. Does anyone else go through this? Yikes-I would rather eat pitas than chocolate...I must be sick
