Default Baked Lay's vs wheat pita bread

I, unfortunately, love carbs and am desperartely tring to cutback on them but that's another story. I love to make my own pita chips using pita bread that is 80-100 cal(the wheat-not whole wheat pitas are more calories) and zero grams of fat for half a pita and the Baked Lay's are 120 calories and 3.5 gms of fat for 10 chips. I can't resist the pita's and I know I eat too many when I make them so tonight I tried the Baked Lay's and am disappointed that I didn't buy the pitas. Does anyone else go through this? Yikes-I would rather eat pitas than chocolate...I must be sick

Baked lays taste horrible so I think I would chose anything over them... however baked doritos arent all that bad

oh and I also dont mind the light lay's because they don't have any fat however some people have problems with them

Impossible just takes a little bit longer

Starting Weight 290 BMI= 46.8
Mini Goal: 199 lbs BMI= 32.1 (Achieved 4/8/10)
Mini Goal: 185 lbs BMI= 29.9 (Achieved 6/4/10
Mini Goal: 154 lbs BMI= 24.9 (Normal Weight!!!! Achieved 10/5/10)
Goal Weight: 135 lbs BMI= 21.8
