Default Original F S Phase 1 question

Thinking about restarting FS Phase 1
How many cups of sweet potatoes are you allowed to have per day &
how many cups of beans are you allowed per day
some days I'm hungrier than others & the beans & rice fill me up but I know that's a lot of carbs

THANKS for your help!!
JJ

-Sweet potatoes are considered a vegetable, so no limit.

-2 cups of brown rice per day.

-Unlimited beans I believe, for protein.

Don't worry so much about carbs, this diet isn't about that. It's about rethinking how you eat.
