Default Any good ideas?

I'm aiming for about 1600/calories a day and try to eat six meals through out the day but when I'm working... that's hard to pull off! Sometimes I don't even get to take a lunch so I'm pretty hungry by the time I get home.. Any good portable snack ideas that don't need to be cold? Other than those protein bar things?

Today, I took 1 large stalk of celery with 1 TBS of Peanut butter spread on it and an apple and a 2% fat cheese stick.

The snacks I have most frequently with me for between work and the gym or if I won't be geting home until late are bananas and fiber one bars (a box lives in my car for this purpose). Others easily portable snacks are baby carrots, fiber one cereal, various fruits, and cheese sticks.

Even things that need to be stored in the fridge are often fine for several hours at room temp. I eat applesauce with my lunches, and stuff like applesauce, pudding, and yogurt should be fine fora few hours at room temp, unless you prefer them cold.
