ok so i tried a couple other "diets" and have had enough! i did well on the LA Weight Loss Program, so i want to go back on it. Only problem is I just moved and cannot for the life of me find my food guide ugh. Does anyone know if it is anywhere online? or anyone has it in a pdf file or something? you would be helping me a great deal until i can figure out where the heck mine got packed
