I am going to start doing phase I on a monthly basis but for a period of five days. Phase I helps me keep cravings down and to be honest Im starting to love veggie burgers. It also helps me get my veggis in since they are not my most desired food lol but during phase I I seem to crave them a little more I guess its a mind thing
