usually i'll eat a little something about half an hour before, for example... 1/2 cup chopped onion, 1/2 cup chopped peppers, 1/2 cup mushrooms all cooked up in the pan with a little pam and then i'll throw in egg whites (NOOO YOKES) to get protein because your body really needs fuel and something to burn while your working out.
when i get back in from the gym i'll drink a protein shake (transitions brand) to refuel because your body needs to be replenished.
