Just wanted to check in with other people who eat every three hours and see how everyone is doing. I went from 225 pounds in January to 159 pounds as of today. I've gone from a size 18 to size 8. It's been the best way to lose weight and has been so easy too. I just wish I had discovered this eating style years ago.
I'd like to share tips with others.

My Plan: I eat every three hours!
I eat every 3 hours, not 3 meals. My day goes like this breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner, snack. I have a snack about 3 hours after a meal.My snacks are usually less than 100 calories and keep me fron becoming ravenous and eating anything that doesn't move,
I eat every few hours also, it definitely helps me be more in control when I'm not starving to death! Usually it's 7:30 am bfast, snack at 10:30am, noon lunch, 2:30 snack, 6:00 dinner, then sometimes a snack after if I feel like it.
