We have missed you. I am glad you had a nice vacation. You know, I was thinking about the blood pressure issue just the other day. I am going to have to get mine checked soon to see how it is. I might have to measure my waist soon too.....I have held off because I want there to be a real difference when I do check it. Anyway, glad you are back
Alannah......I know it is hard to actually start a workout each day......but once you get past the first 5 minutes.....you are already a success. It's not like you will stop in the middle of it, you are already sweaty...lol. For me, it is just the matter of starting....and yes, it will only take a few weeks until it becomes a habit, and quite enjoyable most days. I think picking the same time each day really helps also......which really goes against my non schedule hippy brain organization......but we are never too old to change, right?

JerseyAmy......I think you probably need to adjust to your new hours. It is a huge chane for you. Hang in there girlie, and try to up your water in. And since you are the original shredder....when you are ready, it will really really help you

DixieAmy....first of all, I laughed out loud when you said you probably chucked the biggest loser DVD's. I kow that wasn't meant to be a joke, but i can see myself doing something like that during a cleaning spree. And secondly, what are you going to complete today? Come on girl.....you have the right idea......those last 13 will go with some exercise. Plus, you are going to feel GREAT!!!
Katie, Katie.....how are your quads and hammies feeling? Can you sit on the toilet? Can you get up from the toilet? Today will probably be your last day of being super sore.....mabye one more, but I doubt it

Ok, I am cutting my time real close here......must shred, doing level 2 today. I have been rotating all three levels for the last few days, and I am thinking about getting a new workout to add into the mix.
