To fellow Canadians with a Menu Guide, if you could do me a huge favour!!!!
Hi! If any of you can do me a favour (please!) and photocopy the all the restaurants guide at the back of the book! Reason is, I recently bought a guide from ebay and it's from the States. So, the majority of the restaurants listed were ones we don't have here in Canada. So, pleasee pleasee pleaseeee do me this one favour ASAP! Thanksss sooo much and of course, I can do a favour back! Thanksssssssssssssssss!!

restaurant guide
Hi
what is the name of the book that has restaurant guide?
I started my plan in August and only got a Free-to-Live book which gives you a general choice of foods at American,Italian,middle-eastern...etc restaurants but there is no guide for specific restaurants in it.

Oh, thanks for replying. It's in the Menu Plan Kit. You know, the coloured/numbered guide book.

strange!I got a guide book with my menu plan ( numbered). It does not have restaurant-specific guide like you mentioned. It just has the guide to eating at various restaurants as I mentioned earlier.
As for example :
Chinese restaurant : fortune cookies good choice.
fried egg rolls bad choice ....etc.
Sorry I couldn't be of more help...but if you want I can make copies of those for you.

Oh...there is a little brochure type book called Rapid Results Menu Plan...which gives grocery list...starches, protein choices etc.
There is another book...a thicker one with lot of information about nutrition, sample exercises, general guide to eating at restaurants.
Plus they gave me tips card...eating at a birthday party, BBQ etc ( available for download at LAWL site).
Then I get a diary each month for writing down my food.
That is all i got. I'll go home and double check if there is any specific restaurant guide in any of these.
