Yes, you gotta get those workouts in! The way I see it, you wanna MAXIMIZE this time and lose all you can while you're motivated to do this eating plan.
The way I see it... if I am going to follow this eating plan for 3 weeks, I want to lose the most weight that I can in those 3 weeks. Time flies soo fast and before I know it, I can be sitting at my goal!
