Hey yall, I'm on the EFS and today is day 2 of cycle 2. During cycle 1 I did not weigh in until Saturday(296) even though I started Wednesday. I weighed in yesterday and I am down to 290 so I really happy for that and looking forward to losing even more on this cycle. I was posting on another thread but it seems that noone posts much so I hope this one will be a little more active!!! Any how I hope everyone has a great day and I hope to read some good news soon.
