Hi all

It would be nice to know if you have any experience to share regarding whether working out really helped you along with your LAWL plan. If so...what types of work out routine do you follow?

Hi MJ.....glad you posted in the other thread......honestly.....I mostly only read that thread, cuz time is often limited. I see you figured out what a lot of us are doing.......and I am glad for that, since noone replied to your thread. Your best bet is the losers thread......that iswwhere most of the regulars post. I will try and give you some feedback later on today....right now, it's time to shake my booty!

Working out TOTALLY helps in LAWL! The combination of food plan plus burning calories is the best way to go!Working out totally speeds up the lbs off process for me!
