I just realized that I normally zig zag. I feel like it's a better way to eat, since you can still have your trigger foods certain times during the week that might otherwise destroy a controlled portion/calorie--and lose weight.

I find this approach to weight loss interesting. So, you can eat any foods, just as long as you stay within your calorie range for that day?
This sounds like it wont drive me crazy. How fast do you lose on this zig zag?
