Has anyone got into the habit of eating slower? I won't say everyone, but it seems common for overweight people tend to eat their food faster, and not really chew it and taste it. I know it's calories in, calorie out but maybe if eating slowly became more of a habit binging and over eating would be less likely to happen.
I'm trying to make a more conscious effort to slow down. Anyone do this and find it makes a difference? Any tips to get used to it and get into the habit?
