Purple Menu Plan

Well, I had been doing great on LA until they closed and since then I have tried doing it on my own but have put a little of the weight back on and I am actually not sure what plan I am supposed to be following now. The worst part is that when I moved awhile back I lost my menu guide thingy and most of the info for the plans!

I am 197lbs
Goal weight: 145lbs

Is anyone else around the same weight?? What plan are you using??

When I started I was close to that and they started me on purple.
