LA Express

  • Hi fellow LAWLers

    I am starting back on plan because I am getting close to having gained back all the 32 lbs I lost. I have MOST of my materials but not the book on LA express. When I started (18 months ago) I had a new employee and she never even started me off on LA express.

    I really want to kick start it up so I figure LA Express for the first month is the way to go. Anyone know the details of La express? What am I supposed to avoid?

  • According to my stuff:

    Start during third week of weight loss -Mondays and Tuesdays eat 1 xtra protein bar and substitute 1 protein for each : 1 veggie, 2 fruits, 2 starches, and 1 fat. This gives you 6 extra proteins for the express days.

    Do through week 8.
  • Thanks Kimphin. I also thought the first month I was supposed to avoid certain items like say no salsa for the first month ?

  • Hmm - the stuff that I have doesn't get into that, but they changed it so much from year to year....
