I'm buying it. Saw the author on the Today Show today. Sounds like it may be perfect for the point I'm at on my journey. I started with self-soothing with foods high in salt, fat and sugar and the other added chemicals manufacturers put in to addict us. After 2 major failed attempts I finally got right with God and turned it all around. I allowed the Lord to make several profound revelations to me and I had my big pity party and I moved through the different stages of grief.

Now I'm ready to "Get Tough" cuz I ain't dying fat. It just isn't an option. Wondering if anyone else was going to read the book.
