I just purchased this book and have skimmed through it. I looked at the user reviews on amazon.com, and it seems that people either like it or complain that it pushes the website too much. What I want to know from people following the plan: are you losing weight? Would you recommend it to others?
There are all different types of activity levels, weights, and genders on each team. YOu can track their progress, and follow their blogs too. I just found this today. I pretty much follow the simply filling plan for WW so I want to see the difference, because it's pretty much the same thing.
