Hi i am thinking about trying the diet, i have thyroid disease does anyone on here that is doing this have thyroid issues? I previously did metabolic research center and lost 80lbs. I need to lose about 40 more and am ready for a change, i see that during the first phase you eat a lot of carbs, this freaks me out a little, can anyone give me any advice or tips Thanks Nicholle
