Question Help!

Hey I just started the EFS diet today, so far so good! However, I'm not too fond of beans, chickpeas, and lentils, does anyone know any good recipes I could use?

hmmm...that is tough...usually i just mix mine with my veggies and steam them, then cover them in curry powder... have you tried hummus?

yeah I did try mixing them with steamed veggies today and it wasn't bad I just want other ideas to to mix it up ya know.. but is hummus inclueded in that catagory?

it's mainly mashed chickpeas and seasoning...
