Smile Newbie.
Hello Everyone,

I'm new here and plan on starting the Extreme Fat Smash Diet tomorrow. I want to lose about 10-20 pounds and was wondering if anyone would be interested in starting with me. This way we can help each other out and encourage each other to stick with it!

Anyone who wants to join please do!
Also if anyone has any advice for me, please let me know!
